Sarah-Jane is the Clear Project Manager at Developing Healthy Communities, leading the Clear Project team and working on PHA standards.

As the Deputy Clear Project Manager, Carol is dedicated to supporting impactful initiatives that promote community well-being. Her commitment to the project and her team shines through in her everyday work.

Joe champions community-led change in food systems, air quality and physical activity. He provides central communications and policy support for Developing Healthy Communities and also works directly on the Derry and Strabane Healthy City and District and Acorn Farm projects.

As the Project Coordinator for the Family Voices Forum, Gerard is dedicated to amplifying the voices of families and fostering effective communication within the community. His role involves ensuring that vital information is accessible and engaging.

Claire is a proficient Project Coordinator, specialising in delivering safeTALK and ASIST training, focusing on suicide prevention and intervention. Beyond work, she enjoys baking, exploring nature and capturing life's passing moments through the lens of her camera.

With over six years of experience, Pauline excels in navigating the complexities of short-term funding applications. Her exceptional organisational skills and clear communication have driven the success of numerous funding campaigns.

Sinead is committed to improving mental health and preventing suicide through proactive community engagement and education. Her passion for making a positive impact shines through in every project she undertakes.

Jake oversees all financial activities, ensuring the organisation's fiscal health. With a keen eye for detail and a strategic approach, he plays a crucial role in budget planning, financial reporting, and risk management. Outside of work, he enjoys playing golf and watching various sports.

As the Office Administrator, Gill plays a vital role in keeping our team organized and supported. Her dedication and warm personality help create a welcoming environment for everyone. Outside of work, Gill enjoys walking, reading, visiting her sons in Belfast, and has a passion for Ceili dancing.

Debbie supports the Clear project team. Originally from Belfast, Debbie has worked in the community and voluntary sector for more than 15 years, most recently as a counsellor and complementary therapist. Outside of work she enjoys walking her dog, swimming and Zumba.

Grainne is the Community Health Development Researcher on the Civic Dollars programme. Her first career was software development before retraining into Psychology. She enjoys reading, writing, walking my golden cocker spaniel

Working on Civic Dollars, Adrian has a background in finance and years of project management experience. "Through lived experience, I realised the power of prioritising wellbeing and made the decision to retrain and pivot my career," says Adrian.

Orla supports our Chief Executive with high-level administrative and HR expertise. With a CIPD qualification and extensive experience in recruitment and office management, she ensures smooth operations. Orla also facilitates mindfulness and meditation workshops in her personal coaching practice.
